Our AI Pipeline consists of two AI systems that work together to find jobs, analyze them, and craft tailored resumes. The first AI searches for job postings and evaluates them using a scoring system based on multiple factors. It assesses salary specifications, employment type, company characteristics, and role details to determine the job’s relevance. The AI also examines key posting details, such as recruiter presence and applicant count. The second AI processes a data lake of client information to identify relevant experiences. It then compares the job description and the client’s resume against an ATS system to optimize alignment. Finally, the AI crafts a customized resume that highlights the most relevant skills and experiences. This ensures the resume is perfectly tailored to match the job requirements.
